  3. Use the location controls to enter any place on Earth.  You can change your location in two ways.  You can select a location from the supplied list or you can change the latitude and/or longitude.

To select a location from the supplied list, click on the Place control.  A list of locations will appear.  Use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the list until you find the place you want.  Then click on your selected location.  The name of your selected location will appear on the Place control.
